Love this studio! The fact that they offer a free first intro class took so much pressure off of me when I was nervously trying to find a new type of exercise. Pilates in general has changed my relationship with my body and allowed me to find something peaceful, fun, and challenging. All of the instructors here have their own style, and no two classes are the same, so I'm never bored. Special thanks to Disco and Kyleata for my favorite class flows :) I appreciate how flexible the scheduling is, how easily I can change my membership option, and how helpful the front desk is. Grateful to this studio for helping me find a new way to move my body!
I’ve joined because of my lower back pain, and I have only been to 4 sessions. But I am feeling much better already. The facility at Rockridge area is pretty nice and the instructors that I have met so far have been really great. I plan to become a regular and work on my core.
I dropped into the Rock Ridge Club Pilates to take a class while I was taking care of my Grandchildren who live in Montclair. The staff was warm and welcoming and the workout was excellent. I had tried to call in the morning to make sure there was room in the 10 o’clock class, but the phone went unanswered.Fortunately, someone on Staff reached out at 8:00am to see how they could help me. I have recommended the program to my daughter-in-law and her friends. Great workout and community!
I take my classes with Dominque and let me tell you baby….you will leave feeling fulfilled and accomplished. She corrects your form which is really important. The classes are peaceful but fun and the music selection is everything. You don’t have to sign up for the membership, you can always purchase a classes online. If you want to try something new this maybe for you. And the studio always smells good and is very clean.
I absolutely love Club Pilates! The instructors are skilled, supportive, and always bring great energy to every class. They offer clear guidance and personalized adjustments that make each workout effective and enjoyable. The front desk staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the studio is always clean and inviting. A fantastic place to build strength, feel motivated, and be part of a positive community!
