Old review. Went in a couple years ago or more actually. Hit cyote and had to get body work and radiator replaced. (Insurance claim) They begged for 5 star review before work was started. After I left check engine light still on (high voltageon temp sensor). After months and months and a handful of calls later they said the after market parts they installed were not compatible with my car to install temperature sensor and basically not to worry about check engine light. Finally getting it fixed today and the the mechanics here (without me saying anything about it) saying the last place messed and there is a temp sensor for it. Just evening out prior review since having to pay $400 out of pocket to get this taken care of years later. Longer story but that's the gist of it. Think I still have all my paper work for it somewhere around here.
Crash Champions did terrific job on repairing my vehicle. From dropping off to pick up they keep me informed throughout the process. The works was completed with better results than I expected. At the beginning of June, I had an accident involving a deer hitting my Nissan Pathfinder. I had pretty good damage to the front right passengers' side and bumper of my car. This was the first time I had ever been in an accident like this. I was pretty upset and anxious. Crash Champions assured me that they would get the job done and whip my car back into tip top shape. From the very start of the process, I was welcomed and assured. All of the staff were amazing. Anytime I called with questions or concerns the lady who answered the phone, I believe her name is Brittany, was very informative, patient, and knowledgeable. She didn't make me feel as if I were annoying her. The first gentleman I did my initial walk around on the car (I forget his name, sorry) with was very polite and nice. He listened to all my concerns and was very detailed. The main gentleman I dealt with was Jericho. He was very informative, polite, and personable. He was the best. Very kind, patient and willing to help. Throughout the whole process I was informed via text or phone call on what was going on with my car and the stages they were on with my car. Initial estimated finish time was 6/24, however, my car was done 6/13. My car looks brand new. So far, so good. I don't have any issues with any of the repairs they've done as of yet and don't think I will. I would highly recommend.
