Excellent service and truly caring staff I had an outstanding experience at CSN RSK Collision – Downtown Hamilton for damaged glass replacement and sensor calibration. The work took a full day, including proper sensor calibration, and everything was handled very smoothly and efficiently. I primarily dealt with Harry and Jasmine, and both were exceptional. When I dropped off my car, Harry found out that I would have had to take the bus in the bitter winter cold that day, so he personally dropped me home, which was incredibly kind and unexpected. Throughout the day, he stayed in constant contact, clearly understanding how important it was for me to have my car back the same day. He reassured me that if calibration couldn’t be completed on time, they would arrange a rental, so I wouldn’t need to figure out alternatives myself. When Harry’s shift ended, Jasmine seamlessly took over. She called to reassure me again that either a replacement vehicle would be provided or the work would be completed as planned. By the end of her shift, she personally dropped my car off. She also confirmed that the calibration was completed properly and encouraged me to return if anything came up. They also handled the auto insurance process, which made the entire experience stress-free. As a bonus, the car was detailed before being returned. Highly recommend this shop—Harry and Jasmine truly go above and beyond.
Brought my Tesla in for a warranty repair and had a great experience. This is my second time there. The team at CSN RSK is always professional, clear about what needed to be done and handled everything efficiently. Communication was straightforward, the repair was completed as promised. We recently had our Tesla repaired at RSK Collision and the whole process couldn't have gone better. The staff were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. The collision centre was big, clean and very bright. Ideal for making the repairs. When the repairs were completed, our car looked brand new both inside and out. Special thanks to Sim and Harry who we dealt with during the entire process.
This was my second time using RSK - I raved about them the first time to friends! Incredible service - they go above and beyond!! From the coffee and treats in the comfortable waiting area (so unexpected and appreciated!) to the car detailing at the end. Thank you to Harry and everyone in the front and all of the mechanics and painters that I didn’t meet! Oh - and a huge thanks for installing my car seat covers and winter tires. My little Golf looks brand new! ⭐️ 👍🏼😀
I had an excellent experience with those guys. Especially with a dog 🐕 in the office. He is very lovely. Other than that all the service process was smooth and headache free. They dealt with the insurance directly and all the scheduling were done extremely efficient as well through their online system. And of course the car looks like new now)
