I think we used all of the services Donald Haack Diamonds had to offer when my husband bought me a few gifts to celebrate a life milestone and a personal achievement, and they handled each service with skill! He selected a bracelet and a necklace. They were both beautiful, but needed tweaking to be perfect. We shortened the bracelet, then designed and made a ring with the removed portion, trading in gold from damaged jewelry I had collected over the years. Win-win! Not only that, but when they were cleaning my existing ring -which they do for free for life- they noticed a loose stone, which was fixed timely and beautifully. I was grateful. The necklace was unique and lovely, but a bit old fashioned for me. Kathleen and Warren together searched for and found the perfect chain, and the jeweler added a barrel and changed the orientation of the stone. I appreciated their creativity and diligence in searching for the right solution. Not only that, but I can use the chain for other pendants now. The staff at Donald Haack is all quite professional, knowledgeable, creative and kind. They are a great team to help you with your jewelry needs.
What an amazing experience. This is the first jewelry store we have ever been to where we were able to find at least one captivating piece in each display cabinet that spoke to us. Extremely unique, well crafted, breathtakingly beautiful pieces. Then there is the staff, specifically Christina Holmes! Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, over and above anything you have experienced. She has a deep respect and admiration for the history of the Haack family, along with being wonderfully engaging because of her passion and joy in sharing her love for the marvelous, unique creations they have acquired. As for the President, Warren Haack, he is a gentleman, extremely knowledgeable, and definitely a man of great integrity. Jennifer and staff at Donald Haack have been amazing! My fiance and I had stopped in to Find a wedding band after trying several other places. None of the stock rings were what I had envisioned. I spoke to Jennifer about my style and she said "Don't worry, I got you!" A few days later she sent me a 3D image of the design and when i said I liked it they made a prototype of it. I now have the ring in my possession and my fiance and I feel that they have EXCEEDED our expectations! Great job!
