Great studio, all the teachers are wonderful, talented, and kind. They correct your form to make sure you’re getting the correct muscles in alignment and the best out of your workout. Whitney is amazing and intentional with her classes and structure and brings a fun energy and optimism. Favorite studio in Nashville so far.
I really enjoyed this studio! Whitney was the best instructor! She has high energy to keep you motivated and is very hands on to make sure your form is always correct. I will absolutely be back for her class again!
I took class with Whitney this morning and was so impressed by her knowledge and clarity. The flow moved efficiently and I felt like I worked hard without feeling rushed. I really loved that she explained the why to certain spring tensions or positioning. It’s becoming more and more rare to get this type of education while taking a group class. She was also very friendly and welcoming. She asked me about injuries as soon as I checked in too, which was nice because I’m struggling with frozen shoulder and it’s was nice to just be able to disclose that so she wasn’t wondering why I was modifying one arm. I’d highly recommend trying Whitney’s classes!
Amazing Studio!!! Wonderful instructors!!! Whitney is amazing and is great to follow and transition! She is wonderful at explaining positioning which helps me understand what my body should be doing. New to Pilates and this has been my favorite studio! 😊
Frame is great! Nothing but good things to say! I continue to have great experiences each time… The Sunday classes With Mar are awesome! Challenging and fun but she’s not overtly intense in the way she runs the classes unlike some other instructors … Not loud but still leads the classes with challenging exercises ! I always feel like I’m being worked! The environment she sets is great and a reason why I love the Sunday classes… She treats everyone with respect and is very friendly! Great with explanation, demonstration and technique on how to execute and when I inevitably make some error she kindly corrects me… And she’s good on aux! Thank You Mar :))
