I had been searching for a specific Norqain watch for some time, and once again Fraser Hart delivered. Shohan supported my search throughout with outstanding customer service, keeping me informed with regular updates right up to the day I collected the watch. His knowledge of the brand was exceptional and he provided valuable insight, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The watch itself is absolutely fantastic. During my visit, I also had the opportunity to view several Tudor models and instantly fell in love with the Tudor Black Bay Chronograph, which I was delighted to purchase as well. It was great to meet Sam again, whom I had previously met a few years ago at another store, as well as Heather, who has been with Fraser Hart for many years. The whole team were welcoming, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. My sincere thanks to everyone at Fraser Hart — I look forward to seeing you all again soon.
I stopped by to browse the window display today and was warmly invited inside by Shahan to try on a few watches that caught my eye. While I didn’t make a purchase this time—since I’m specifically after a Tudor with a blue dial—I was genuinely impressed by his knowledge, professionalism, and approachable manner. He even introduced me to Norqain, which I found very tempting, though I’ve decided to hold out for the Black Bay Tudor. As someone who works in sales myself (in a different industry), I really appreciated his customer-first approach and the way he made the experience both welcoming and informative. Five star experience at Fraser Hart in Cribbs Causeway in Bristol. Only popped in for lunch, but had such a great chat with Matthew about their Tudor watch range (which is extensive), and of which he was incredibly knowledgeable, I decided to purchase a Tudor Pelagos. Absolutely delighted with it. 5*****
