Pop up events were excellent from the very beginning of organising our wedding till the very end. They made all our visions and dreams come true and we had the best days of our lives. Jen organised our wedding vendors and she made sure everything came together perfectly. She was great at communication/ organisation. Also our hair and makeup team (Stephs hair and makeup) were excellent and very time punctual. Our wedding coordinator made sure everything went smoothly on the day. Also our photographer Melissa from left in the middle photography did an amazing job and the photos are beautiful, photos we will keep forever!! Videography was great also, they really captured our special moments. Also thanks so much to Megan our celebrant she was excellent and made sure the day and ceremony ran smoothly, she was also excellent at communication and making our day so special. We recently got married using Pop Up Events and it made our day SO seamless and effortless! As someone who wasn’t super interested in planning a wedding myself, Pop Up did so much of the behind the scenes work and gave us the most beautiful ceremony and reception styling, it was literally straight off my Pinterest board! Sophia was absolutely incredible, nailed the brief! My flowers were the florals of my dreams and I will never stop thinking about them 🥰 our day was perfect and I would 100% recommend pop up to anyone wanting an easier wedding planning experience!
Well this was the best decision we made for our wedding. We planned everything from NZ l. I always hoped we'd be able to afford a wedding planner and this was the perfect choice. The ladies we worked with, Amy, Sophia, Bree, were incredible. They had so many options and worked with us on every detail from fairy lights, to vows, to flower arrangements, to even setting up our own decorations. They found us the best prices for everything and helped when we'd run out of inspiration or ideas. Amy became our celebrant and brought so many ideas and so much positivity to the ceremony. Sophia took over the coordination and was never too preoccupied to answer my numerous emails or just call me to check details. The ladies were tireless in helping us. The day went so smoothly, they looked after us like we were their own friends and family. We are so overwhelmed by the positive experience and good vibes. I cannot recommend this company and these people enough. The vendors were so incredible, special shout out to Brooke Elle who may be the best entertainer we've ever come across. These people went above and beyond to help us with our day and celebrate us. Incredible effort and an incredible team. We are truly impressed and grateful for these people and the everlasting memories they helped us create. Much love to the whole team - I'd recommend you all to everyone and anyone who wants a stressless wedding, full of positivity, options and creativity.
A massive thank you for all your efforts in planning our wedding. What an incredible day and night we had, it could not have been more perfect. Thank you to the pop up team for setting up and making it look so magical and gorgeous. We could not have done it without you and Pop Up Event, and all of the vendors were excellent.
My husband and I met with the team at GC Pop Up Weddings knowing nothing more than we wanted to get married. We had never pictured our wedding day, had no idea where we wanted to marry, hadn’t researched celebrants, photographers or caterers. Our wedding was crafted for us with great care and attention, the team are highly experienced professionals with strong connections to Gold Coast wedding vendors. Our wedding was seamless and they can tailor a package to suit any budget. We had an initial meeting, from there we chose a venue and before we knew it GCPUW had used their network to find the right celebrant, photographer, caterer, florist and sent us a very detailed run sheet of the day. All we had to do was turn up, and everything else was taken care of, with no hidden fees or costs and a very attentive coordinator on the day making sure it all ran smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better end to end experience for our special day. Thank you to all of the team, Reis & James x
