Outstanding service from Holly (we were fortunate enough to be served by her for both an engagement ring and wedding band purchase). We're really happy with the rings and we'll recommend H. Samuel to all our friends and family. We had an absolutely terrible experience with another jewellers in Cardiff nearby and I wish I'd never set foot in that particular shop but hindsight is a wonderful thing. My confidence in jewellers was all but shattered after that but I needed a new engagement ring and I'm so glad I chose H. Samuel. My faith in jewellers has been restored and we now have an engagement ring and wedding band which my partner isn't terrified to wear for fear of it falling apart. It's lovely to be treated with such care and respect for such an important purchase. Thank you to Holly and all at H. Samuel.
Amazing experience as always, and this occasion was exceptional! I bought an engagement ring for my partner and it was a size too small. We had great experience this week buying surprise rings and Marina helped us make best choices and advised on a range of aspects to consider when selecting finger rings.
