John and his team at Innovative Roofing were exceptional to work with! They were professional, punctual, and kept the work area spotless throughout the project. The team took the time to explain the entire process clearly, and our roof repair was completed flawlessly—it looks fantastic! We highly recommend Innovative Roofing and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.
They rescued my job from another contractor who abandoned and priced accordingly which wouldn't have bothered me except the end result was bare minimum and not what I believe I was going to receive. Promised to clean up prior to departure except the other contractors tools which were abandoned. I found out however, that included removal of a unused pallet of standing seam commercial panels which I was planning to deliver to Habitat for Humanity because they are incredibly expensive. Innovative did the bare minimum and took 8 weeks to do it after I informed Ryan he would not be permitted to remove the panels for his personal project. Yes, He literally informed me he was just going go to leave with several thousand dollars worth of material I paid for to do work on his property. That was a clear signal of opportunism in my opinion. I was told they would order any extra material at no additional charge to me required to correct bad trim work and finish the ice guards. That devolved into me having to fight to even get ice guards on even a portion of the west side of my carriage house because I was told there was no walk way there. Despite the majority of material being onsite and there being a door and utility area on that side. Even then they only did a small portion over that area, despite the fact we discussed I was likely short only one of the type of clip components for the ice guards to do the entire west side. My mini-split drain situation was supposed to have been resolved. One I just had to tell them I'd fix myself because I would not let them in my carriage house (fine). The second one, they borrowed the wrong type of drain hose from my property without asking and attached it such that it was leaking into the soffit. I asked Ryan to cut it before leaving and he did without scraping off the sealant. I had to pull the hose and repair myself-- that was definitely a situation where they should have asked me before doing what they did. The result was poor. They left with 3/4 boxes of siding that were delivered to my home. One was used. Ryan insisted I didn't pay for the extra, but then he left the long pallet here for me to discard after taking away the material claiming his van was full. Edit: they picked up the pallet after my initial review. He made zero arrangement to come back and get the pallet for the siding Innovative had delivered to my home...creating even more trash for me to break down and address...and again, after he promised they would clean up. I'm relieved my roof and siding are bare minimum done. I will have to hire somebody else to do it the way that it should have been finished. I am disappointed my expectations were not met, but glad this project is at least at a stopping place until I can get another company to come and finish my guards and correct the trim I expected to match when this was over. I have to say, the stars are for touching another contractors work. But the process and end result are inconsistent with the serial 5 star experience of others. I know I paid more and was willing to do so to get this job done properly. But even in paying more, the minimal value was not there and that really is disappointing.
We had a great experience with Innovative Roofing Systems. Within a week of calling them, they were at our house making plans and starting work. The crew was very kind and professional as well. I plan to use them again if I ever have more roof damage, especially since they have such reasonable prices.
We had multiple people come out and these guys were by far the most responsive and truly understood the problem. They were also the most cost effective. They didn't try and sell me unnecessary services or anything like that. They simply stated what they thought the issue was and explained exactly how they would fix it. Even as they were fixing the roof they noticed some other places that needed to be patched and did that without any extra charge. Wolf was the main person I dealt with over the phone and he was extremely transparent and very communicative. Great guy. I met with the owners who did the initial walk through with me in person and they were very nice guys. I also met with the roofers who were doing the actual work on the roof and both of them were very pleasant to deal with. Overall I have nothing bad to say about this business, everthing was super easy and smooth from the initial first call to the last call/followup. I highly recommend Innovative Roofing Systems.
I recently hired Innovative Roofing Systems and was very pleased with their exceptional service. John was very responsive and relayed us to Wolf who came out the next morning. Wolf was very kind and knowledgeable and the entire process was a positive experience! He was very thorough and went above and beyond our expectations. We thought we needed more work done than was needed, but Wolf was honest and transparent in his communication about what was actually necessary. I highly, highly recommend Innovative Roofing Systems.
