My experience with Kate at Intention Massage was absolutely incredible. From the moment I arrived, her warm and personable nature made me feel instantly at ease. Kate’s deep understanding of body mechanics, combined with her intuitive sense of where healing was needed, made the experience incredibly restorative. Her energy is like the warm, radiant sun-uplifting and calming. She’s professional, attentive, and truly gifted at what she does. Kate is exceptional. Body work is such a personal journey. It’s not always simple to find the right practitioner with the appropriate skills that match your needs as a client. I’ve had a fair number of massages in the past, ART practitioners as well. Today was my first session with Kate. As a 50 something athlete, keeping the wheels on the bus requires consistently taking care of my body so I can expect it to perform when I do the things outdoors I enjoy. Kate is thoughtful. She listens. Adjusts her treatment to align with what you need and want. Sometimes the two aren’t one in the same. She read the room today well. For a first session I couldn’t be more content. Already planning to repeat. Highly recommend.
I would highly recommend Kate for your massage! I was gifted a massage with her and it was amazing. She has a very calming energy and took the time to ask about pressure, injuries or any concerns. I felt so relaxed and refreshed afterwards, it was a complete treat. Definitely would go back!
