My husband quite recently lost his wedding band and I thought of Joslin's as a "go to" place to find a replacement. Cameron met us immediately when we entered the store and offered to help us. From the first moment we interacted with him the whole experience was delightful. He shared his knowledge of various types of bands and was insightful enough to make suggestions based on our particular circumstances without being "pushy" about anything (not always the case from other jewelers). We've always been super impressed with everyone we've dealt with at Joslin's. We love the casual and kind atmosphere. Everyone is so helpful and pleasant and never seem to rush us. The staff really do seem like one big loving family and treat us as "one of their own". I can honestly say (and mean this as a huge compliment) that our recent interaction with Cameron was one of the most unique and fun shopping experiences I've ever had. He was delightful! When I walked out of the store I had a big smile on my face. Yes, I was happy with our purchase, but Cameron made that a very special time for us. A big "thank you" to Cameron...and to each of you at Joslin's. You came through for us...again!
I have been a customer at Joslins for a few years, the people and positive energy here are so genuine. They are so helpful. I love having a place to go if a special piece of my jewelry gets broken, most likely they can fix it! They have beautiful and also one of a kind jewelry as well.
I could not imagine a better experience shopping for jewelry than going to Joslin’s Jewelry! Me and my boyfriend recently went to this jewelry store to look at engagement rings. I was worried going in to look at rings because I didn’t know much about rings or what I was wanting, and they were so helpful! The person who helped us was Shawn and he immediately greeted us at the door. I could not say enough good things about Shawn and how great he is at his job! He let us take our time to try rings on and this was also 30 min before close, and they did not make us feel rushed at any point. He was so helpful and answered all of our questions no matter how basic they might have been. He patiently explained everything to us about the process and I felt so confident in what I chose after we finished. He didn’t try to make us go for the more expensive options, and truly just wanted to find the perfect ring for us. We continued to be treated so kindly from the moment we walked in! We found out this was a family owned establishment, and they truly made us feel like we were apart of their family with their kindness and hospitality. I have already recommended this place to another couple who lives in the area and will continue to in the future!!! 11/10 experience! Thank you Joslin’s Jewelry! It will be one of my favorite experiences forever because of this place.
Kerry helped me custom fit a diamond I purchased into my original antique engagement ring band! They helped me create a bezel setting based off of picture inspiration I brought in and then worked in house to put it all together. She really understood what I wanted and helped bring it to life at a reasonable price! I went to many jewelers in town but Joslin’s is the place I felt most confident in handing my most prized possession over to. Thank you!!
Cameron Cares! About 18 months ago I moved back to KC to care for my elderly mom. she and my father loved Joslin's! Yesterday I took one of my favorite pieces, a sterling sliver turquoise cuff I bought in Egypt, to Joslin's for them to repair the safety chain that had broken. Cameron greeted me immediately, asked how he could help, then he took the cuff and had it repaired perfectly in under 5 minutes! We had quite a nice chat about my parents and he immediately recognized their names. Cameron joined Joslin's after my parents had passed, but he knew the name and a couple details about them. Best customer service from a jewelers I have ever received. I will be back and moving forward, I will only buy jewelry from Joslin's or take my jewelry to them for repair. Thank you, Cameron, for excellent customer service!
