I came to Karadema Jewelers to have a family necklace repaired! I originally chose them because I called a few places before and they were just generic sales pitches, when I spoke to Paul over the phone he was genuine and listened to everything I had to say because I was really upset in the moment when it broke. When I came in, everyone was that genuine! It took just over an hour, and my jewelry received excellent care for a good price. There was a knot in the chain that had been there since it came into my possession and they got it out without me even having to ask, when I got the jewelry back it looked brand new. Endless good things to say!!!
Karadema was very helpful and kind throughout the whole process. I needed my engagement ring fast (with in 2 and a half weeks) and they worked with me to get it done and it is beautiful! I will be returning to have more work done with them!
I moved here a year ago. I had no idea where to go to get a stone replaced in my wedding band. I went into Karadema Jewerlers because it was close to where I live. I am so happy I did. It was a pleasing experience. I not only replaced my stone. I also bought another ring.
I was told by a jeweler in my hometown that it would take 3 months to remove a link from my gold bracelet. Karadema was recommended by a family member and when they realized I was from out of town, they removed the link and installed a bail on my gold pendant in two hours. They went above and beyond in taking care of me, insuring the upmost quality in their workmanship and making sure that I was satisfied with their service. Paul, and the rest of the team at Karadema, deserve the five stars and more. Thank you!
I just had the BEST experience getting my engagement ring resized—like, “why can’t all errands be this good?” level. From my very first phone call asking about pricing to the in-store experience, Paul was an absolute gem (pun fully intended). Kind, helpful, funny, and clearly a wizard (well - the jeweler!) because my ring was resized and back on my finger within a few hours. Highly, highly recommend this jeweler—and a HUGE thank-you to Paul for making the whole experience effortless and genuinely fun.
