Maybe I was just lucky, I got Tim Kapiula for my service specialist. Polite, knowledgeable, efficient, professional, I couldn't have gotten better service. He kept me up to date on the progress and let me know when he had to run get a part that wasn't on his truck and the cost of the extra part. The repairs went fairly quick and everything worked perfectly when he was done. Would I recommend him? Would I ask for him next time? Yes, 100%, yes.
I have a problem with my knee so I wanted a toilet that was higher than the 14" toilet in this house. Tim, the plumber was very polite and friendly. He did an excellent job of replacing my toilet with a higher model. He was efficient and knowledgeable. After the new installation was complete, all packaging was picked up, removed and there was no mess. I really appreciate that he was focused on his work. Tim, keep up the good work!I
Stop using any other plumbing company and switch to these guys! Tim Kapitula and team diagnosed our complex issue that 2 other companies couldn’t. He fixed it efficiently. Not only did he do a great job, he was also very professional. KYPD is the best team around and we will definitely be using them for any future plumbing issues!
Had some scheduling issues and confusion. Was sent a tech for a quote (Tim) and then set up install appt. Since they were busy it was about 2 weeks out which is no problem. On install day a different tech was sent out to do a quote instead of install. Long story short whoever schedules goofed up. Tim came back the next day and had the install done quickly. Was polite, professional, and did great work. Tim basically saved the day and this review from being much lower after all the nonsense with the call center and scheduling.
We are doing an addition on our home and we contracted KYPD to do all the plumbing. It is an extensive project and before we could start the new addition we discovered, after demo, we had to move existing plumbing lines. They fit us in so we didn't have any delay on the timeline. Daniel has been our main point of contact, he has been very prompt and responsive in all our communications. All the techs have been very good. Their bid was also very competitive.
