My water heater was leaking underneath. Called these guys out and in 2 hours, they replaced my water heater for a reasonable price. They cleaned up and hauled away the old one. Great job and great service.
Lile Plumbing is amazing. We had used their services for a simple project in the kitchen, but this time we had something major. The kitchen sink drain was clogged and needed to be redone from the sink to the stack to correct some original plumbing mistakes in our house. Lile quickly responded after leaving a message on their website and came to the house the next day. They were on time and worked very efficiently to get the big job done. They were courteous and very thorough. They have great customer service and super-friendly staff. I will call them again because they were just that good.
After I found out that an upstairs toilet shutoff valve did not completely cutoff water supply to the toilet, I called Lile Plumbing to quote replacement of the compression fitting multi-turn shutoff valve with a more robust quarter-turn valve replacement. Lile does charge a $49 service-fee to come and evaluate the issues (no phone quotes), but this was clearly and kindly communicated upfront in our phone conversation with total transparency. Given the holiday timeframe, I was told it may be a week or so before a visit could be scheduled. They kindly placed me on call-list in case another customer job completed earlier than expected. To my surprise, I received a call the next morning indicating availability to come to my home. Within only 30 minutes from receiving that call, Kevin was at my home to provide an estimate. Kevin was pleasant to speak with as I led him upstairs to the main toilet of concern. As we were talking, I mentioned that a separate downstairs toilet valve had been replaced earlier in the year after leaking, so it may be best for him to evaluate the cost of proactively replacing whatever remaining multi-turn toilet shutoff valves were left in the home. He happily obliged. After reviewing the upstairs toilet and a remaining toilet downstairs (separate from the one that had leaked previously), Kevin quoted a valve replacement cost of ~$200 each. Having personally experienced the pain of removing a seized compression ferule with limited copper stub to spare, I was pleased with this quote. Within less than an hour, Kevin had removed the old valves, replaced them with push-fitting style necessary for the limited stub length, and also installed a new braided supply line. The workspaces were left completely clean, inclusive of new shiny escutcheons to replace the old ones original to the home. As he showed me the completed work, Kevin asked me if I had been trying to do anything specific to the toilet when initially finding the shutoff valve issue. I noted that I had been planning to replace internal tank gaskets causing slow drain of the upper tank, but had been unable to do so without having the water shutoff completely. Kevin noted that if I identified any issues with the new toilet shutoff valves, I could call back within 30 days, and there would be no recharge of the service-fee. He also said that this would include calling them to come quote helping with the gasket replacement if I were to experience any issues while trying to do it myself. I was very pleased that Kevin did not challenge or demean my desire to do that repair myself, and I felt that there was no pressure whatsoever in his tone. Overall, I was very pleased with Kevin's professionalism. The cherry on top was receiving a hand-written note in the mail a week later thanking me for being a customer. I am grateful to have found someone reliable and easy-to-work with for plumbing needs. I will definitely have Lile Plumbing in my contact list for any future needs.
