I’m disappointed to be honest. I ordered a yellow gold Cuban necklace. What they sent me was rose gold or extremely close. I’ve asked everyone who’s seen it and they agree I did not receive the correct product. I reached out an Lirys offered to return it IF I PAY A 5% restocking fee $500 for their mistake. Also gold has gone up since the 1month it took to create leaving me even more disadvantage to replace it and find one yellow Gold elsewhere. They also stated if they remade it, would look the same as 18k yellow gold jewelry always looks this way. Though I have plenty others and they do not. They unfortunately lost a customer and will lose many others due to their inability to handle their own mistakes. I even sent pictures to prove. Don’t waste your time and buy from them. Pay more go elsewhere
Stunning, shocking, amazing, perfect. All of the above. This is my first handmade Miami Cuban bracelet and my first piece from Lirys specifically. The fit and finish on this work of art are absolutely perfect. It glows and reflects everything in its place night or day. Polish is perfect. Links are perfect. Box clasp is perfect. It's almost too nice to wear lol. After seeing and feeling this level of quality, Lirys will have to be my go to choice from now on. My mother was so impressed after seeing this that she ordered a necklace the next day. This level of craftsmanship is very much appreciated and is second to none. Have a happy New Year from a happy guy 😊
So far, I am very happy and thoroughly impressed with my transaction with Liry’s. The bracelet is as imagined, and ordered, a 10mm, 8.5 inch 14k Cuban link bracelet. It is solid at 77.25 gems and looks and feels like the real deal and lays well and handsomely on my wrist. The follow up from customer service was always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I was notified at every step of the process and kept well informed between my order on November 19th and delivery to the front door on December 10th. This is my first shopping experience with Liry’s and I will shop here again. I can recommend their end product and the service I’ve received so far to anyone.
I purchased my first solid Miami Cuban gold bracelet from Lirys And couldn’t be any happier with the quality once it arrived had a nice way to. It was absolutely gorgeous and the thing shines. I was worried at first because whenever it comes to a big ticket item like this I like to see it in person how it really looks instead of taking a risk ordering over the Internet, etc… Of course I did my due diligence and looked into reviews Beforehand, but it didn’t take me long at all to come to the conclusion that I will be a very happy customer and I already knew it was going to be gorgeous.. upon arrival, which was seamless I got emails along the whole way stating my order was being created. It was being worked on, etc.. I was ecstatic and have not taken it off since I received it.. I will definitely be a loyal customer and come back for more upon next purchase.. also very very competitive pricing was the same price if not a little cheaper than the few places I was also deciding on.. Next time I am in the Florida area I will most certainly stop in & thank the staff for the amazing work! 12/10!
An exhaustive Internet search for a reputable jeweler brought me to Liry’s. I read all the reviews I could find finally determined it was a good and reputable business, but just to make sure I actually called the store. I could hear customers in the background. The girl on the phone was very helpful. I went ahead and ordered online 20 inch Miami Cuban necklace 4 mm. It was exactly as I had expected. I even weighed it when I got it and it was 24 g on the money just like advertised. I am so happy
