I visited this Pilates studio in Liverpool over a year ago and the experience stayed with me ever since. Their instructor Joanie made such a lasting impression she was incredibly caring warm and attentive and even gave me exercises to try at home for my shoulder. They worked so well that I never forgot her kindness. I also had sessions with Beth back then who was just absolute sweetheart and such talented instructor. One thing that really stands out about this studio is how the instructors speak so highly of one another there’s no sense of competition at all which is something you often see in the States/London but here all genuine support and love for each other. When I recently returned to Liverpool the studio welcomed me back as if no time had passed. They’ve been wonderfully accommodating, especially with my technophobia! Beth greeted me with open arms checked in on my shoulder throughout and genuinely looked after me Beth, your smile is beautiful you have such a natural warmth and it shines through in your teaching. I can’t recommend this studio enough. Thoughtful instructors, a supportive atmosphere, and truly personalised care. Im excited to spend time with you all whilst here in UK. A rare find!
Exercise is important to me, but as I get older with Osteoarthritis setting in, my regular exercise was getting more difficult to maintain. LV Pilates is a saviour. The exercises are really helping to build my strength and improve posture. Exercises seem to target the areas that can't be reached and I can definitely feel an improvement in my mobility. The Teachers are superb and really understand what is needed, adapting exercises to ensure I can access safely and effectively. Beautiful studio and equipment too. Would highly recommend 💚
I joined the studio 3 months as a complete beginner, unfit and inflexible. I was very nervous but immediately made to feel completely welcome and am now completely addicted. All the instructors are brilliant, great at coaching on form and giving alternatives to suit you. Would reccomend this studio to newbies or those experienced in Pilates 💕
I joined this Reformer Pilates studio back in February, and I honestly have not looked back. From my very first class, I knew I had found something special. The owner has created such a welcoming and positive space, and every instructor brings their own unique touch that keeps the sessions engaging and challenging. They go above and beyond to make sure we are all progressing at our own pace, always with the right mix of encouragement and guidance. The transformation I have seen in my strength and flexibility has been incredible, but more than that, I have found a real sense of community here. It is a place I truly look forward to coming to every week, and I could not recommend it more!
Jen's reformer pilates is one of my favourite ways to exercise. It has made such a huge difference to my core strength and general flexibility and done wonders for my hips. Highly, highly recommend!
