Mickey is the trainer you need to see when you’re ready to commit to starting your fitness journey! Great energy and was always there to help correct form. The setup of the class was a unique circuit training and I really enjoyed it. The bonus is that leaving the class you feel so accomplished about the amount of work you put in in just a short amount of time. First time there and members were very welcoming and encouraging which helped a lot. Will be back very soon!
This is the workout you been looking for! A mixture of fitness training, weight lifting and of course boxing! I am a newcomer to Boxing and I felt so comfortable being in gloves for the first time. I learned the 6 basic boxing techniques and then got to work putting them into a circuit. Finished the workout with fitness rounds and weightlifting then a cooldown! GREAT WORKOUT!!!
Coach Mickey was excellent, really down to earth and easy going to assist with all My needs. He was very patient and motivational throughout the entire workout. Best trainer hands down. He is a the best! Come see him!! Asap. Tell Him Chrystal sent you!
This class was amazing! Mickey is so kind and full of energy, but still demands hard work and dedication. He’s a gem! The 45 min was a good solid workout and easy to fit into a busy schedule! Definitely recommend!!
Took an evening class on Monday. Warmly greeted. Luckily, I got a park right in front of the building that I didn't have to pay for. There is a garage right beside it in case you do drive. Jason was our instructor. I enjoyed the glow in the dark ambiance. They have private sessions as well. They built great community as the members of the class were nice also. You wouldn't be disappointed if you came out.
