Few years ago, life hit me pretty hard and I had a taste of the bottom of the pit. When I felt it was the right time to get back on my feet, Mercedes just started her company and she tailor made a specific program based on physical restrictions to be able to get back on track and get little victories every days. Those physical baby steps improvement was a huge part of my mental and physical recovery and I can’t thank her enough for that. Years, has past and when I’ve decided last march to put more attention on my health, it was a natural choice to ask Mercedes to help me on a new journey. I don’t regret it for a second. Thanks to Mercedes and her wise coaching I saw so much progression this year. Mercedes is honest, caring and consistent on her training. Do not expect a banging chest yelling trainer who gonna stupidly push you over your limit without any concern of your safety, Mercedes is not like this. She always give great advice and show your progression and health with a professional view. It’s a real family feeling there with Mercedes and also at the gym. To be honest, at first, I’ve only signed for three months and didn’t expect to like this but now I’ve signed at least for 6 more month and don’t want stop it. Overall, I really recommend Mercedes as a personnal coach whatever you are looking for you will find a professional, energetic and friendly person who will be the best guide to reach your personnal goals.
I stared with Mercedes in the summer of 2023 at the age of 64. She tailored my program for my age and fitness goals. Now at age 66 I have noticed that my strength and fitness level has improved markedly (I could barely deadlift at all before now I can do 350lbs!). I have much more endurance and strength for my other activities (golf and ice hockey). She is a highly qualified personal fitness trainer that really cares about her clients and goes above and beyond in helping them. I highly recommend her.
Mercedes is a great trainer. She is attentive and encourages you to be you best self. I have watched Mercedes help other clients go from not working out to competing. For myself, she has helped me build strength as a person living with disability and chronic pain. My work outs with her have given me confidence to keep working out.
I’ve been training with Mercedes for about 4.5 years now, and I couldn’t be happier with my progress! She truly listens to your goals and creates workouts that help you achieve them while keeping things challenging. It’s never too late to start working out. I started training with Mercedes about 3 years ago because I wanting to improve my fitness. I quickly started to train for powerlifting. My first powerlifting meet I was in the 76kg class and now I am heading to westerns in the 63kg class. I have never been this strong or fit in my life. She is very supportive and caring trainer who helps you accomplish your goals. And you have some fun along the way. My husband has also joined me at the gym and we do partner training for powerlifting. It’s fun that we can do it together and Mercedes accommodates this approach. We get 4 workouts per week and see her in person 1 day per week at Undefeated CrossFit. The gym and people there are great. Mercedes adjusted our training so it fits with our life. I wish there were more than 5 stars for this trainer!!
