Great experience with Dr. Juan Kojima and staff. Went in to have a cyst removed. I was nervous because I hadn't had a procedure like this before, but he walked me through the process, was very professional and personable, I felt no pain, and I walked out feeling like I had been well taken care of. I wouldn't hesitate to go back, and I highly recommend Dr. Kojima to anyone looking for a skilled and knowledgeable dermatologist.
I had a great experience with Dr. Juan kojima. He took the time to explain everything clearly and to ease my concern. Dr. Kojima was able fit me in as his last patient, just to attend to my medical need. The office staff were friendly and welcoming. They offered me something to drink as soon I arrived 😊. I have been cared for by Dr. Mona and PA Juan, both first-rate professionals with graceful chair-side manners, and exceptional dermatological knowledge and skills. They take the time to know you, your concerns, and your skin, come up with a medically effective and aesthetically pleasing treatment, execute it precisely and efficiently, and follow-up when needed. The staff check you in cheerfully and seamlessly, and as you leave, send you home with a treat and a smile. This practice sets a remarkably high bar for dermatological care. I recommend it wholeheartedly.
Dr Juan Kojima is an amazing PA at this practice. He is thorough, caring and a wealth of knowledge. Each appointment I feel heard and like there is hope for my skin. If you are able to work with him, I’d highly recommend his care.
I started seeing Dr. Mofid after my PCP recommended her. Loved everything about the visit and to this day, I still use the moisturizer she recommended well over 15 years ago. Recently I’ve had issues come up and have been in constant contact with her PA, Natalie. I can’t say enough good things about Natalie. She’s been compassionate, responsive, kind and always gets back to me same-day if not first-thing the next morning. It’s made my really annoying and uncomfortable condition more bearable and has helped me tremendously.
