Extremely helpful, knowledgeable employees that don’t try and push pricey brands on you just because they sell them. They take the time to ask questions and help you get the right product for your pet’s specific needs.
My dog loves coming here. She was here today and I actually asked about her fun and I was told that she made friends with a puppy called Henry. When I’m coming here my dog when she sees the place actually begins whining because I cannot get there fast enough even if I’m at a red light. Highly recommended but make sure you call in advance because they fill up. Oh also, very reasonably priced.
The grooming staff are horrible. Zero customer skills. The handling of dogs is questionable too. I only found one groomer while taking my two dogs there. Thankfully they left and I followed them to their new place of business. The Muddy Paw staff are awful. It’s sad because I had high hopes for this place. I would never recommend anyone to go there .
I was a little apprehensive about the 2 hour behavior test that they do prior to boarding, especially since my dog is a very nervous one. But when I went to pick her up she was the most comfortable and well behaved with strangers that I have ever seen her. She sat patiently, relaxed, and quietly next to the staff member as she was being checked out… which was wild to me. She didn’t freak out when she saw me like she does at home lol which offended me a little. When she got home she was so relaxed and happy that I could tell she had a wonderful time. I actually boarded her for the first time this week and I would like to leave this review with a personal message to the staff: Thank you so much for taking such good care of my dog Bella Luna. She’s so nervous that I have been afraid to socialize her with other dogs, and she doesn’t behave well around guests at home. I immediately noticed how comfortable she was with staff members carrying her… she usually shakes like a leaf and barks with strangers, but I can tell that each and every one of you treats her with great love and care by seeing how she just chills with you guys. This is twice that I’ve anxiously picked her up and felt absolute happiness seeing that my pup was so comfortable with you. You guys are absolutely magical and I will never go anywhere else. This was Bella’s first time being boarded and although she seemed happy to get home, her body language and demeanor are so much more confident and relaxed, she actually showed me her belly today for the first time which is pretty miraculous. I’ve only had her for a few months and even though I know she loves me to death she’s still pretty guarded. I just wanted to say thank you for taking such good care of my dog! I want you and everyone else to know that I 100% trust Muddy Paws and will be a life long customer! Thank you so so so much
So as you can see my boy Frankie has a big mouth & some big teefers! Of course I have tried many toys that he can not destroy within seconds, I decided to try the “Bionic” I was unsure at 1st, but I am now a believer😂 Frankie has kept this toy in tact & can’t stop chewing on it👏💪 I strongly suggest anyone w/Bully type breeds &/or strong chewers GET THIS TOY! I promise you won’t regret it! Muddy Paws has them in stock so I will definitely get my other pups the Bionic!
