I’ve always felt welcomed and comfortable here, which is why I was surprised to hear while I was leaving my last haircut with my one-year-old son that they have a no kids policy. He is always well behaved and I have brought him to maybe three or four other appointments and not heard anything about this policy. I was given no explanation for why there’s no kids policy so it did leave me feeling kind of awkward. They seemed happy to see him in the past too. In part, I do understand why there is no kids policy if they are trying to create a certain atmosphere and experience for their clients. But when children are well-behaved and keeping to themselves, I see no problem with that. Especially for moms like me who do not have childcare available. I appreciate the stylists and their skill, but I will be finding a new salon. I believe children should be welcomed in spaces like these and that businesses should be understanding and work hard to accommodate their paying and loyal customers. Kids are people too and should be allowed to be kids in the world. I’m happy with my results and I would recommend the salon to others for their hair needs, it’s just not the right place for me.
Excellent service with Danielle! She is very professional, punctual, and respectful. I’m extremely satisfied with how my hair turned out — she did an amazing job in such a short time.
This was my first time getting my hair colored, and I came in nervous because I truly had no idea how to describe the color I wanted and was used to stylists in the past not really understanding me. But the stylist immediately made me feel at ease and asked amazing clarifying questions to know exactly the look I wanted! I got a balayage done with money pieces, and I absolutely love how it turned out!!!
Staff amazing in every way but Lacey was absolutely amazing !’ She did my dream hair . She’s kind caring and a joy to be around . Really I can’t say enough good things about her! It was my first time at this salon. It is very welcoming and clean! Brie did an exceptional job on my haircut! She was professional and listened to my needs. The neck and arm massage was nice surprise! I loved the smell of the oils! I will definitely be going back!
