Avoid this place at all costs Got 2 claddagh rings for my partner for Christmas and there was a miss print and needed a different size went into the store to change this over and possibly change the ring and the First Lady was very cheeky when I realised I hadn’t had the recipet with me upon returning to the store the same day to resolve the issue we were greeted by a second college she took the receipt off me and took the ring and didn’t ask me any questions about the product when she came back I said I needed a different size and the lady rolled her eyes and and said oh so you need a size up the the size down in a very cheeky manner and give myself and my partner a dirty look and when I stated that she was not acting professional her words to me was well what do you want us to do because we can’t refund them I also have a neckless that I have left in to be repaired and haven’t texted or called me about it I’ve been in the store and they can’t find my neckless after it’s repair I am not happy and not satisfied at all And certainly will never be back
Quick service but was disappointed with the price they charged me for a small watch battery. Over 9 pounds they said it was because they charged for fitting if they fitting it or not. Rip off
Got my watched adjusted so it could fit my wrist few hours later the watch just came apart. part of it missing aswell
AVOID!! Left my engagement ring here to be resized a while back and got the ring back and it is totally different and looks damaged as if it was very badly resoldered. Not to mention there was a diamond missing and they didnt even notice it until it was being returned to me. When they replaced the diamond it obviously was a different type and the ring will never be the same again. Will never be back!
I shop here for all my jewellery and watch repair needs, staff are super friendly and very helpful. I had my daughter and her best friend instore recently for a welded experience (permanent jewellery). They are so happy with them, as am i. Thank you so much Ona Jewellers.
