Just had a first session with Trent and I’m couldn’t be more excited! I had never touched a barbell before and was always so intimidated by gym equipment. I’ve been working with Trent on building strength and balance and the process has been hugely beneficial. I injured my back badly a few years ago which led to some heavy compensation on the one side of my body. He’s taught me a range of targeted warmups/stretches, accessory lifts, and proper technique for compound lifts. The dude knows his stuff, is upbeat/encouraging, and he made good use of the full session. All around great experience and I highly recommend!!
