Was referred to these guys by my best friend, amd honestly cannot fault them. I took my ford mondeo to them with a number of issues, where other mechanics told me I needed parts replaced - it turned out to be a minor issue of someone else putting it in the wrong spot. Steve took the time to explain the issues, and the works carried out. It's rare to find a place where there's a no bullshit/pull the wool over your eyes policy - it's straight and narrow. I will definitely be coming back for any issues my car has!
Really nice team, even though it was just a roadworthy, they also let me know of other things I could do to service. I really appreciated this as it’s an old car that needs tinkering. Super kind owner, really appreciated the social aspect. Thanks :)
Great business - friendly folk...they worked on our 2009 AR 159 jtdm sportswagon...suspension at front required a refurb due to pothole w&t on vic roads. They spent all day on it and it now handles and rides superbly! Reasonable pricing as well... Worth noting: I had previously been to a so called "reputable" business around the corner who assessed my car for 100 bux cash, then never got back to me, even after follow up calls from myself. Ergo, I highly recommend Pro Repair Auto Care in Arden Street, North Melbourne 🙂👌
So good to finally have a pleasant experience with my car going to a mechanic. Steven and Menka were amazing to deal with. They organised an Uber for me to get to work due to there not being an available courtesy vehicle. After assuming I would need to leave the car there for some time for them to order parts etc. I was extremely surprised to have received a call by lunchtime to tell me the car was ready for collection. The cost of the repair was extremely reasonable, and once I got in the car and drove off and had a first hand account of how much better the car felt and the major noise that was causing the problem was gone, I could not help but send a message to Steven immediately to say how good it felt and how happy I was with the work. I highly recommend pro-repair and I will definitely be a returning and ongoing customer from now on. John H.
This is the second time I’ve used Pro-Auto Repairs for some minor damage to a rim. Again couldn’t be happier with the work done – first class. Shout out again to Jarrod who remembered me the first time around – he’s just a ripping bloke.
