I cannot say enough great things about the amazing and exceptional service I received. When City Utilities replaced a Neptune meter and extinguished the pilot light on my water heater, the service team responded quickly and professionally to make sure everything was taken care of without delay. What truly stood out was the education and guidance I received from the service staff over the phone. They clearly explained that the Neptune meter was the responsibility of the City of Fort Wayne—not mine—which potentially saved me from a costly and unnecessary expense. That level of honesty and customer care is rare and greatly appreciated. To make things even better, the service staff called ahead to let me know they were available to arrive earlier than scheduled. Within minutes of their arrival, the issue was resolved, the pilot light was relit, and everything was back to normal. Prompt, knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly customer-focused—this is exactly the kind of service you hope for but don’t always get. I highly recommend them without hesitation.
I had a complicated sink repair that involved a leaking, failing drain line in the wall and a plugged drain! Nick was absolutely the best, he was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to explain what he was doing as he worked through the repair! Absolutely amazing service! I experienced a sewer issue while I was out of town and was feeling very stressed, especially since my original appointment was several days away. The team called me back promptly, let me know they had a same-day cancellation, and made sure a technician was sent out right away. The technician was knowledgeable and helpful, recommending annual cleaning of the sewer floats as a preventative measure and taking the time to show me how to do it. Outstanding customer service from start to finish!
I was having problems with my sewer beginning to run slow and back up. Rob came out the very next morning, ran the auger and did video to see what was up. It was a pretty cold day but he didn't seem bothered at all. He stayed on task, got the job done, explained what had happened and why.
