We worked with Olivia to furnish our new condo. She did a beautiful job listening to us and pulling together just the right pieces for our place. We had to be patient with some of our order since it was custom or coming from far away but we were well aware. It was worth it!
Last update: after seeing my review update, John called and tried to make a bunch of excuses however we did get the legs delivered and replaced yesterday(funny they couldn’t even keep the time frame *they* picked). I will keep the 1 star because of the difficulty working with John and team and will avoid this store at any cost… If you want to get excuses and *reasons*, you will get your money’s worth, but if you want quality, reliability, and integrity - Schreiter’s ain’t it! Editing my initial review… after we got the sofa, the legs had bad saw marks and were not the color we agreed upon. The store has been extremely difficult to work with in getting this resolved - I basically get the feeling that all they do is stall and delay with the hope that we just let it go. It has been three months after delivery and the issue with our custom order sofa is still not resolved. I would avoid this store!!! We ordered a sofa from here... We had very specific requirements and Nicole helped us a lot - she was very patient and a pleasure to work with. Thanks for helping us find our sofa ;)
I recently purchased the EQ3 everyday sofa and am so in love!! Lauren was incredibly helpful when picking out and customizing the sectional. The day of delivery went seamlessly thanks to the white glove service!
Beautiful modern furniture. When i was on the fence about ordering, Ryan King, Design Consultant, was very patient and stayed in touch with email reminders of end of sale prices, new sales, and helping to coordinate additional pieces. On the day i was going to pick up the living room furniture it was raining, and Schreiter's was able to deliver same day so that i didn't have to deal with tarps etc. The furniture looks amazing in the space!
Thank you Ryan King at Schreiter's for this amazing sleeper sofa. We wanted comfort and quality and that's what we got, delivered right on time. Ryan's service was informed and attentive and we ended up with exactly what we wanted. Excellent experience start to finish. Thanks also to Chloe and ace delivery guys Mike and Andrew (all the way to Collingwood) who took amazing care way up to the third floor! Such nice people! Thanks again Ryan for making it all happen. It's a gorgeous piece of furniture!
