This is an amazing art supply store. They had everything needed for college Art classes. The staff is super helpful and so kind. Shout out to Vincent… he’s awesome and takes good care of us. I’ve been shopping here since I was in high school… in the 90’s! We are lucky to have this local art store in our city. Support them! Did you know they have art classes too?
Spokane Art Supply is such a gem near downtown Spokane. The store has a wide selection of supplies for every type of artist—from beginners just experimenting to seasoned pros stocking up. I was impressed not just by the variety (paints, brushes, sketchbooks, markers, specialty papers, and more), but also by the quality brands they carry at really fair prices. What makes this spot stand out is how welcoming it feels. The staff are knowledgeable, kind, and ready to help with suggestions or guidance. You can tell they actually care about art and want to support the local creative community. They also offer art classes, which is such a great way for anyone wanting to learn or grow their skills to plug in. Whether you’re just starting out, refreshing your supplies, or looking for inspiration, Spokane Art Supply is worth the stop. A creative, affordable, and supportive place that I’ll definitely be coming back to.

Each visit consistently leaves me feeling more positive than when I entered. They've got almost any art supply that you can think of. And they're surprisingly affordable, even compared to the online mega art sites. It makes me feel good to buy from a local, small business, and keystone of the local art community of NE Washington. Update (2024): Still the best place around for most art supplies. A very knowledgeable staff with a broad range of experience with their line of products and always friendly and helpful. Super classes with respected instructors. Special ordering for anything they don't have on hand, ... Simply, the best. Five stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
