In a bid to lift heavier weight, I sought Tommy out to provide conventional weight training support, however soon realized that Tommy is anything but a conventional trainer. In my time with Tommy we worked on Thoracic (Middle Spine) Flexion Pails/Rails which aided in the recovery of the back pain I was experiencing, as a result of deadlifting. He introduced me to the world of functional range conditioning and mobility work. Aside from being super knowledgeable and passionate about his craft he is an all around great guy. I am very thankful for the experience that he provided!
I started with Tommy at the beginning of 2024 and had little to no experience in the gym. The first step he took was to figure out my goals and help design a routine to fit into my lifestyle. Not only did he help me with my diet and gaining strength, but he also helped me with my confidence in the gym by pushing me to lift more than I thought I could. I went from benching 75lbs to benching 155lbs, now squatting 245lbs when I was previously squatting 95lbs, and now I can leg press 370lbs when I was held at 160lbs. He has helped me exponentially and I would recommend him to anybody that is looking to improve their health in any and all facets of their lives.
My son had 8 one on one sessions with Tommy for additional fitness and hockey focused training. My son thoroughly loved every session. Learning new techniques and form. Tommy was very positive with feedback, always available with suggestions and encouragement. 100% will be back for more training come the new year. Highly recommend!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Tommy and his program. Tommy trained my two sons twice a week and instilled a strong love for the gym and living healthy. He provided home workouts, and overall health recommendations. The boys loved going to workout with Tommy and always left breathing hard with a big smile on their faces. I saw motivation at home, and I am so thankful. Just today we arrived at a hotel, and they both went straight to check out the weight room. We are so impressed with Tommy, and thankful we trusted his professional expertise. I highly recommend Tommy!
Tommy's approach has revised a decades long belief in what a good workout is. In my late fifties now, I always thought you had to be exhausted and sore in order to have results. Tommy uses a slow, steady and increasingly demanding method. He teaches you to focus on the getting the movement correct with proper alignment. It allows for continuous improvement with no injuries. Tommy pays close attention to what you are experiencing at each workout session. He adapts your plan to address any concerns and to keep you engaged.
