With many uncertainties in today's world, TMH Cali provide great programs to manage stress and anxiety. The mentors and therapists assist w stress and emotional management through open discussions, meditation, and self reflection. Great for those in post recovery programs as well as those who needs a mental boost. As a post graduate of a residential recovery program for alcoholism, I find this outpatient program useful. It allows me to gain perspective. I find it useful when engaged with other peers in this program knowing I'm not alone. The daily life stresses are real. It is healthy and beneficial to have a program with some guidance for self development to find self accountability, peace, calmness, gratefulness, humility, and establish healthy thought processes.
Treat mental health California has been amazing. I joined after going to rehab for alcohol abuse but definitely had mental health issues as well. I dove into the TMH process and supplemented it with AA for my addiction. The treat team and therapists were amazing. Other people in the program were amazing and it was great to grow with their support. I will miss the people in treatment with me and the amazing staff
I have been attending the program since May- 3 months. This program has been very accommodating to my needs. The personal therapist and case manager are very professional. I have noticed an improvement in my mood and demeanor. Also, my sobriety has been solid with their guidance. The group therapy sessions have been very targeted on coping skills and positive healthy lifestyles. I also like that the program is conducted through online meetings allowing me to be not need babysitting with my children. I highly recommend Treat MH/ Silicon Valley Recovery to those in need of recovery for either mental health or substance abuse. Thank you!!!
