Alex D helped us. He was knowledgeable and patient with 2 non tech savvy people. He was able to fix the problem that even the manufacturer of the phone couldn’t (we spent the previous evening on the phone with Samsung who eventually sent us to you). Anyway, he did a great job, 2 👍.

Repaired within 2 hours. My Galaxy s23 ultra (1Tb) needed a front glass, back glass, and a USBC, they had all of the parts on hand. I walked in around 10:15 and they were done with my phone before lunch, and it works fantastically. The price was better then what I got quoted at similar stores, and the atmosphere was clean and professional!
I had the pleasure of being helped by Austin today. His customer service from start to finish was very smooth. He explained the process to me on the new screen repair, I dropped off my phone and the work was completed within a couple hours. Brand new screen, and works flawlessly.
