Incredible experience! Sallie and her team took a few inspiration pictures and created our wedding arrangements beyond my imagination in under 2mo!! The team was such a joy to work with, and you could tell how much they loved the creations they make. Truly amazing experience and I’m so thankful to have met this amazing team!

From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted by Brittany, the Business Manager, whose welcoming smile made me feel like family even while she juggled multiple responsibilities. Before I could fully explain my vision, Sallie—one of the shop's co-owners—noticed Brittany was occupied and seamlessly stepped in to help. She didn't just listen to my idea; she truly heard it. Sallie took me to the back of the shop where I met Wannarat "Jib," their incredibly talented head designer. Together, the three of us collaborated on creating the perfect festive arrangement around a bottle of wine I'd brought. What struck me most was how they treated my vision as important as their own expertise—guiding me with professional insight while honoring what I wanted to achieve. Sallie even helped me select a beautiful handmade Christmas card that paired perfectly with the gift. When I returned the next day to pick up the arrangement, I was greeted by Ed, Sallie's husband and co-owner, who made me feel like an old friend. He shared stories about the shop's history and his connection to the original founder, Mr. Watkins himself, adding such personal depth to an already wonderful experience. The final result? Absolutely stunning. The arrangement exceeded every expectation—a breathtaking blend of vibrant gerbera daisies, elegant roses, festive greenery, natural pinecones, and that gorgeous gold ribbon that ties it all together. It's clear that Jib's artistry transforms flowers into genuine works of art. But here's what truly sets Watkins Florist apart: they turned this around in a single day, just two days before Christmas, during their busiest season. Not once did I feel like an inconvenience. Instead, I felt like they were genuinely invested in making my gift special. Brittany, Sallie, Jib, and Ed—these four individuals embody what customer service should look like. They've created more than a flower shop; they've cultivated a place where artistry, heart, and community come together beautifully. Rushed right over to Google reviews..lol..haven't had my( lovely Custom Made) flower arrangement for 30 minutes and I have to tell everyone in Review land..Watkins Flowers are no doubt number one in the Raleigh area.If you're looking for Great customer service, creativity and a good ole fashion feeling of belong this business is what you're looking for. As a bride, flowers were important to me for our day, I love the enhancement and life they bring to an occasion. Watkins exceeded my expectations in both service and product for a baby shower I co-hosted in downtown Raleigh. Being from Chicago, I had never stepped foot in the venue before the day of the event. Watkins made the entire experience very low stress while meeting our every need. These are the people you want on your team whether for an important flower delivery or a special celebration. I was very specific about our special requests. Watkins went above and beyond. All of the florals were fresh and stunning. Guests raved about them on repeat. It was such a relief to be in the hands of true professionals. This level of service is a rare treat these days. I highly recommend Watkins Flowers.
