Popped in for a valuation a while ago and was met with such kindness and care. Though my pieces were not high in value, the team treated them with genuine respect. Quick, thoughtful service. I will definitely be back to support them this New Year.
It is hard to put into words just how happy my visit to Ace Jewellery today has made me. Having spent a lot of time searching for the ‘perfect’ engagement ring, we found it on the Ace website. A series of calls with the incredibly helpful Stacey resulted in my visit today; the very accommodating jeweller resizing the ring within 90 mins and me walking out with the most beautiful old cut solitaire diamond ring on my finger. It was a long way from Essex but oh so worth it. Thank you for all your help and outstanding service.
We bought my engagement ring and my partner's wedding ring from here on New Year's Eve 2024 and this is an amazing jewellers. It's not your high street shop; therefore, we found the value far better and the quality exceptional. It's a jewellery workshop and little display area run by a family and in an area tucked away in Leeds. They are such lovely people who made us very welcome. So glad we found this place.
I unfortunately broke my engagement ring and came to Ace for some advice. Customer service is 10/10 - we ended up also ordering our wedding bands while we were there. My engagement ring has not only been fixed but Ace have resized it and fixed some smaller issues with it too that I hadn't even mentioned. All work was completed in less than a week! Quality of their work speaks for itself. Thank you so much!
