I recently purchased an engagement ring from the store with the help of Bronte, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Looking forward a special something for my 25th wedding anniversary so visited Rox in Liverpool where I was served by Jess. Jess is an absolute credit to the company, she was patient, attentive, professional and knowledgeable. Jess had all the time in the world for us, I didn't feel rushed and was very pleased to be able to try on whatever I wanted, as many times as I wanted. We decided on a gorgeous ring, which could be altered to my preference (yellow gold or platinum...natural or lab). I am thrilled with my purchase, but even more thrilled with the service.
