I love Phx Pediatrics. Dr Berger takes the time to interact with your child. He is very personable. Our appointment was an easy in and out with the entire staff
Ive been going to scottsdale childrens group since my oldest son was born and then we switched to the office off scottsdale and shea. But this location was closer to our house so we decided to try it out and honestly it was nothing like weve experience before, The provider that saw us was late (way later then weve had at the other offices) and then I feel like our concerns about medication werent heard not do i think she looked at his chart prior to walking in. I expressed what I needed too and then when we left I went to the pharmacy about an hour and a half later to hear that the prescription wasn’t sent in so my son couldn’t start his mediciation for strep throat which we all know hurts and the medication would have been very helpful. After our visit we will continue to go to the shea and scottsdale location even though its about a half hour more just because we know weve had no issues like we experienced at 12th st.
Dr. Berger is the best! My autistic son has been with him for a few years now. My son really likes Dr. Berger and is very comfortable with him. Dr. Berger always listens to any and all concerns I have and always provides honest feedback.
Such a great experience for my first visit at this office. The MA Nicole was thorough and quick with shots. Dr. Berger was very kind and awesome with my normally very shy daughter. The front receptionist Angela made check in super quick and easy. So glad to have been recommended this practice! :)
Our family has been seeing Dr. Berger at Phoenix Pediatrics since 2014. Dr. Berger has been an amazing pediatrician for all four of my children. He's patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. You can tell he truly enjoys his profession. The office staff and scheduling has it's hiccups here and there. But overall, it is easy to make appointments and I've never had an issue getting a same day appointment for a sick child. I recommend highly Phoenix Pediatrics, and especially Dr. Berger if you are looking for a new pediatrician.
