Office has a cold sterile feeling, definitely not a place you want to bring your babies. They also don't give circumcisions at the hospital, which is strange.
Dr. Arambula has been my kids doctor since newborn. He always takes the time to listen my concerns and offers solutions. We love Dr. Arambula!
My child is 16, we have been coming to this office since my daughter was a week old. Dr. Wendy and her team have been so amazing the last 16 years. I may add Dr Wendy even came to the hospital when my child was born to do a check up on her. They literally go above and beyond for their patients. I will forever recommend them to new parents or people trying to find a new pediatrician.
This place use to be great. The doctors are all amazing the thing that’s making this place more and more difficult is the ladies up front. It does suck that a good place is becoming not so good anymore because of the ones who answer the phones. It’s like they are there just to collect a check. Imelda was no help and didn’t even try to get me an appointment when needed due to false information prior that stated I didn’t need an appointment . This is not the first or the second but the 4th time I’ve had problems with them in just the past few months. Might have to look for a new pediatric provider for my kids soon. It’s just disappointing at this point.
I personally love the pediatricians here and the staff. The girls at the front desk were always so nice, friendly and helpful. The pediatricians were always very attentive and provided me with reassurance and guidance. I never felt rushed and most importantly my child always felt cared for and happy. She loves how fun and joyful her doctors were. She would of course see different providers and always left happy. I personally previously preferred female pediatricians but mine and my daughter’s experience with the male pediatricians here were just as good! My daughter was a patient for over 10 years; from birth her assigned pediatrician was Dr. Saucedo and I loved her and all the pediatricians at this clinic especially NP. Yoshi and Dr. Paul and Dr. Patrick. My daughter’s personal favorites were the male providers because per her words “they’re funnier” we unfortunately changed insurance to an HMO plan and they’re not in network. I have personally recommended this clinic and the providers to my family and I was sad to find out that they weren’t in network with my new insurance. If you’re researching for a pediatric for your child or soon to be newborn I cannot recommend this pediatrics office enough. From the bottom of my heart I cannot thank this clinic enough for the support, guidance and care they provided our family for over 10 years. From the front desk girls to the nurse practitioners, to the pediatricians everyone was always phenomenal and most importantly made my little girl always feel cared for.
