Plumber was nice, professional and I got same day service. So the work was very good as expected. But the cost was crazy - holy cow, over $850 for an hour and a half. They “knocked it down” to $630 but still that is an unbelievable hourly rate. I hope they pay their workers really really well.
Jayson did an excellent job diagnosing my water leak and fixing the problem. Very professional and knowledgeable! Best Plumbing was also very prompt with returning customer service calls and scheduling. I will def use them again if I have any plumbing needs.

He is thoughtful, fair, kind, and goes to extremes to explain everything in Layman's terms. Collin also never fails to show up, especially when there is an emergency. Jack came out same day and fixed my water heater same day. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and corrected some poor installation that had been done by the previous owners. He is courteous, pleasant and timely. Strongly recommend.
