Sewer backup problems are always the most stressful because they occur unexpectedly and need to be resolved quickly. The company I used in the past went out of business. So I frantically searched for someone local with great reviews and fortunately I called Knight Rooter. Moe answered my call quickly and after I explained the situation he immediately understood what was going on and was able to come out later that day. He fixed the immediate problem with the kitchen sewer line. then he thankfully put a camera in my main sewer and found massive root problems. The next morning he came back to the house with his son to hydrojet the roots. He did not rush and explained everything in great detail. Some companies are flashy and just want your money. Moe is kind, respectful, skilled and trustworthy. Highly recommend!
We have a long (+250’) old 1910 sewer line in north Seattle going through 2 neighbors’ properties and it backed up on us. We had another company come out and they hydrojetted the line but did not get through to the end or solve the problem. After talking to some other companies about digging out to clear the line Moe came out and was able to take care of the issue with his hydrojet and expertise. Great experience and wish we had used him first! Prompt, easy to deal with. Great experience. Highly recommend Moe and Knight Rooter.
Moe is a fantastic plumber! He was prompt, efficient, and extremely friendly when we needed a plumber for our emergency sewer line blockage situation this evening. He took the time to show me what he was seeing on his drain camera and explain where the blockages were occurring. He answered all my layperson questions patiently as well. I would absolutely call Moe again with any future plumbing issues in our household!
Moe was quick to respond to our request and was able to unclog the shower drain. On top of that he also offered advice on how to maintain it better. Very throughly handled the issue. He did such a good job that we immediately booked him for cleaning out our outside drains and jetting them. As well here he went above and beyond. Would totally recommend and I’ll definitely reach out in the future when needed.
