Took my son to Big Time Entertainment and honestly had a great time. Prices were fair, which already puts them ahead of a lot of places like this. It’s an easy way to kill a couple hours without feeling ripped off or rushed. There’s a good mix of stuff to do — mini golf, bowling, laser tag, and go-karts — so you’re not stuck doing the same thing over and over. Everything was running smooth and the place was clean. Good spot to spend time with your kid, burn some energy, and actually have fun doing it. We’ll definitely be back.

Big Time Entertainment in Windsor is an awesome spot to take the kids and have a blast without spending a ton. There’s so much to do — arcade games, laser tag, go-karts, mini golf — you name it! It’s perfect for a family day out, especially if you’re looking to keep the kids or teens entertained for a few hours. Definitely recommend for some good old family fun!

Such great place to go to with family and/or friends. Different ticket games, different video games, VR games, laser tag room! Billiards, mini bowling, so many things to do. Place might look small in size but it's actually big. And never forget, the prizes for the tickets, interesting winnings! Definitely going back there again.

It’s honestly sad how greedy this place has gotten. I have been coming since this place opened in 2022, and it has been getting progressively worse over time. It used to be really cheap, most games were 4-6 credits full price. (even the coin pushers) now every coin pusher is 10 credits, when the full set bonus amount is the exact same as when it was 4-6 credits. While some games are still cheap, they lowered the jackpot amount on it significantly. So much so, that even winning it every time (which isn’t possible on most) can’t even win you anything decent. While the jackpots are lower, they still charge the $1-$2.50 to play (4-10 credits) they also took measures to prevent winning on some, such as lowering the time on down the clown from 30 seconds to 20 seconds, which isn’t possible due to the machines not having enough balls. Zombie snatcher has no letter pucks, making the bonus impossible to win, Milk jug toss has incorrect ticket values displayed on the game, the cost slam a winner being raised from 4 credits to 8 per play. Not to mention they don’t have any high valued prizes anymore. This sucks because this place actually used to be a really good place to go. Now it isn’t worth the time or the money. I will not be returning unless something changes. Do better

My wife and kids brought me here for my birthday to have a family day and it was a great experience. We tried the mini putt which provided great entertainment, sat in for some lunch. And while they experienced some staff shortage while we were there they managed through it very well and the food was very good. I had the smash burger and fries but the other plates were delicious too. Laser tag we had some hiccups with them resetting but they extended the time to compensate which was great and the floor games provided some competitive fun. Good way to spend some family time.
