I’ve been coming for almost a year and my experience just keeps getting better. They have everything you need for fast recovery and overall wellness. Hidden gem in woodland hills! Clean, friendly staff and the owner is super nice and amazing! Definitely check this place for wellness services! I love doing contrast therapy here (sauna and cold plungeeee!)

I love this place. The infrared sauna and cold plunge reduce my post-pickleball aches and pains, allowing me to play more often with less pain. When those aren't enough, Tiana uses her magic myofascial techniques to work out the kinks in my back. I have to mention Calvin, too. He's one of the nicest people I've met and takes the time to answer my many questions. Wonderful place. Highly recommend.

recently visited Biohack Cryo & Wellness, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! The facility at 5305 Topanga Canyon Blvd is clean, modern, and has a really welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step inside. Calvin, who greeted me, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all the services and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The waiting area is great – it’s cozy with comfy seating and TVs, making you feel right at home while you wait. It’s a nice touch that adds to the overall experience. I tried the cryotherapy session, and wow – I could immediately feel the difference in my body afterward. The treatment was refreshing, and I noticed less soreness in my muscles after my workout. The whole process was quick, easy, and surprisingly relaxing. A heads up, though – after 2 PM, the place tends to get really busy. If you prefer a quieter experience, I’d recommend coming in before 2 PM. If you’re looking to level up your wellness routine, I highly recommend giving Biohack Cryo & Wellness a try. Thanks to Calvin for making my experience so enjoyable! I’ll definitely be coming back for more sessions!
