I found Box BFLO online while looking for workout classes, I attended their free first class. It was spectacular!!! The teacher was attentive and made sure I knew what I was doing. It went by very quick. Would definitely recommend to everyone!!!

Fantastic class. There is a short introduction on how to throw the punches. A detailed explanation on each of the rounds in the beginning. A full body workout that focuses on the boxing work. All throughout the class giving specific directions to each person to follow along. The class has lots of positive energy!
We had such a great class at Box BFLO! The space is beautiful, clean and fresh. The trainers were so kind. This was my first boxing class and they helped me learn the movements and always encouraged me. I will definitely be back!
Do you get easily frustrated? Do you loath yourself for being a wimp? Do you wish you could improve your overall health to look and feel happier, healthier, and stronger? Do you want to take action to silence that inner negative self critic (at least for like an hour at a time)? Do you wish you could find a bunch of cool humans that can motivate you to do something about all this? May I recommend to you, Box BFLO! I know, it probably sounds cliché but I fell in LOVE with this place, the workout, and the community. The happy feeling I get is addictive. Their friendly instructors will teach you what you need to know to get an amazing workout. Everything else will fall into place. If you are someone who struggles with having the self discipline to think of a workout routine or doesn't like the typical gym atmosphere or afraid to go to a regular gym, or even if you do go to a gym and want some extra enrichment in your workout then this is definitely worth trying out. TL;DR: Get off your sad, mopey, sedentary, bored-with-the-daily-routine-your-life-has-turned-into rump, and hit the bag! You will be glad you did!
