Ermelinda is amazing we bought our engagement ring here and will be back again for upgrades. Process was straight forward and stress free. My soon to be fiancé and I had an amazing experience at Brilliant Earth in Nashville! Jerry Windhorn was our jewelry consultant, I could go on and on over how amazing he was! He was super knowledgeable and helpful, guiding us through our custom engagement ring process. He was also very patient and kind, while we were learning and soaking up every little detail. On top of that, Brilliant Earth has a stunning selection of beautiful and unique rings. We truly had the best time and I cannot recommend this place and Jerry enough!
Me and my boyfriend had such a wonderful experience here. The front was so welcoming and the place itself was stunning. Jaime helped us with our appointment today and she was AMAZING! She showed us so many options and helped me narrow down to my dream ring. She also helped us keep the price around the range we were comfortable with and kept us well informed the whole appointment. I would recommend Brilliant Earth to everyone! Not just because of the wonderful staff but also for the jewelry itself. They focus on being eco friendly and giving back to community. 10/10
We were visiting Nashville and we stumbled upon this location because it was right around the corner from where we were staying. We went into our appointment a bit clueless and nervous, not knowing what to expect. But everyone was extremely welcoming as soon as we stepped inside. Jaime was our jewelry consultant and she was very friendly and sweet. She guided us through the whole process and put us at ease. We ended up ordering my engagement ring and both wedding bands from Brilliant Earth. Unfortunately, there was a little mishap with my engagement ring regarding the stone being set incorrectly so we had to bring it back to get repositioned. Jaime was apologetic and did everything in her power to expedite the process. She kept checking the status of the ring and would communicate with us about any updates. We appreciate her so much for going out of her way to help us. It really makes us feel like we’re in good hands. In the end, my engagement ring came out more beautiful than we could have ever imagined and we are very happy to have gotten all of our rings from Brilliant Earth.
Our experience at Brilliant Earth was nothing short of amazing thanks to Jerry. From the engagement ring appointment to the final product, he was there every step of the way. Even with a significant amount of time passing between the two, they were able to accommodate us in creation and with ordering within the same day. Brilliant earth has a 1 on 1 appointment experience that is like no other. They make it easy to customize your dream ring.
