After 16 years of marriage, my husband and I decided to make a significant upgrade to my wedding set. We married young, raised three children, and this purchase was meaningful to us. We drove over an hour and a half to Diamonds Direct—the only store we considered—because of its reputation. Our experience with Viviana was absolutely outstanding. She was thoughtful, patient, and very mindful of our budget. She took ample time to answer questions, address concerns, and remained in frequent contact throughout the process. Her professionalism, warmth, and bubbly personality made this a truly special buying experience. While there may have been a few bumps in the final purchase/pickup with my ring I return to edit my initial review. Customer service is a difficult and demanding job, and I can say even more so when such a financial purchase is being made. I appreciate the outpouring of follow-up and support from the manager Leslie. It takes courage to admit when sometimes we may have fallen short of expectations and her genuine concern and going out of her way to make things right as gone a long way with me as a customer. She made it clear to me that Diamonds Direct is true to their customer service promise even after your purchase is made. I am truly great full for her openness and honesty following our purchase. I look forward to working with her soon to revamp my original wedding set into something special! Thank you for spending that extra time with us and answering all our questions!
We have been clients at Diamonds Direct of Raleigh for almost 3 years now. We receive exceptional customer service from the team with a smile the moment we enter the gallery. A wonderful representative named Prem helped my husband customize my wedding ring and band. We always stop by for complimentary cleanings for our wedding rings and jewelry whenever we need to, and have purchased other beautiful diamonds/jewelry from this location. They assist with repairs and lost items with insurance, and are always super friendly about it. Today we purchased diamonds with Frank who was absolutely wonderful and we were able to score an amazing deal during their Black Friday sale event. My Boy Prem Sharma got me the perfect ring for my now fiancé! He even did some behind the scenes work for me to make sure the surprise wasn’t ruined! I got the super affordable insurance as well, and plan to use the included 10% off men’s engagement ring and women’s band at some point soon with them. Best believe I will be asking for Prem! I lost my wedding band and I was so upset! We had bought the ring in 2010 at Diamonds Direct and decided to replace the ring with another. "Little Lisa" met us at the door and she was so kind! My husband and I decided to replace the lost ring with a new set as October is our anniversary.month. I was impressed with the patience she showed because I wasn't sure what I had in mind. We tried many styles I finally decided on a beautiful, exquisite oval solitare' with a stunning ringguard. I do believe she had opened every case in the store for us that day. Lisa made our search very fun and special. Highly recommend Diamonds Direct and especially Lisa Johnson. So many beautiful choices!
My girlfriend and I searched for engagement rings and we started and ended with Lisa Johnson from Diamonds Direct. She was super helpful the first time we met her and she guided us through all the ring options. We visited the store multiple times and she was always friendly and provided us with all the information we needed. There was a summer sale that she honored throughout the process, even though it ended once I put down the final deposit. I just picked up the ring today and am super excited to propose in a couple weeks. I highly recommend Lisa!
