I would like to take a moment to give some praise to Kellie at Reeds Jewelers in Crabtree Mall for her exceptional customer service on December 10, 2025. She greeted me and my girls immediately upon arrival in the store as well as the other associates. She was very patient and helpful as we navigated items for purchase. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything we were looking for we were able to find. Kelli is a very high spirited and caring lady and she made our shopping experience wonderful.
I recently visited and made a purchase from Reed's Jewelers in the Crabtree Valley Mall and the experience exceeded all of my expectations! The entire staff was genuinely helpful (without being pushy) and respectful. I was in search of a watch and after doing research online, it appeared they had the best selection in Raleigh. I quickly found what I was looking for and was super impressed with the entire experience.
From the moment I walked into the store, Kellie R was incredible. She greeted us with genuine warmth and immediately made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. Kellie is professional, well-traveled, and extremely knowledgeable — it really shows. She helped us find both a beautiful diamond ring and the perfect men’s tungsten wedding band, and made sure we felt confident in our choices every step of the way. She answered all of my questions without rushing, offered helpful guidance, and even gave me her contact card so I could reach out with any future questions or concerns. That level of care meant a lot. I’m extremely satisfied with our experience and grateful for Kellie’s expertise. We’ll definitely be recommending this store to others!
Kellie was very helpful, patient and easy to work with. She showed us an array of options rather than trying to push us towards a certain ring. Highly recommend her for your jewelry needs!
I recently purchased a Watch for My boyfriend for our anniversary and had the best customer service I’ve ever had in my life from Kelly aka “Barbie”. She did an excellent job picking out a beautiful watch that fits his personality and provided us with amazing service. I cannot recommend reed’s jewelry at Crabtree Mall enough. Make sure to ask for Kelly, She really is incredible.
