After a disappointing experience at a big-name jewelry store, we stopped into Johnson's Jewelers, and it was a complete game-changer. From the moment we walked in, we felt like people, not just clients. Dan was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process of choosing our engagement ring and wedding bands. He took the time to genuinely get to know us, ensuring that our rings went from just an abstract idea to a perfectly executed reality. The entire staff is wonderful, and their care and professionalism are unmatched. We absolutely cannot foresee buying jewelry anywhere else in the future. If you are looking for gorgeous pieces and truly personal service, go see Dan and the team at Johnson's. They are simply the best!
screaming from the rooftops how much I love Johnson’s Jewelers! Daniel and Eileen opened up the shop for my now fiancé and I to try on some rings on a Saturday! This was super awesome because we’re long distance, so finding time to do anything appointment wise can be difficult. We were the only ones in there and truly had the best experience. Somehow I ended up on engagement ring tik tok, so I had a billion questions and concerns and Dan cleared them all up for me. They then worked closely with my fiancé to design the most gorgeous ring possible, and even helped him devise a plan to go pick it up without me knowing! Overall, Johnson’s Jewelers made an already special moment for us even more so! :)
Johnson’s Jewelers of Raleigh is my go to for all my jewelry needs! Everyone is so lovely, and they are always so easy to work with. Small businesses like them are hard to find! I have gotten all of wedding rings and bands from them and will continue to go back. They know me by name! Highly recommend! :)
Johnson Jewelers has a terrific team to work with for creating lovely custom pieces. We have recently worked with Eileen and Dan to create a new set of wedding rings for our 40th anniversary. They took great care in removing the diamonds from the old settings and sourcing the new Emerald cut diamonds to place on either side of the center stone, as well as a few more of the smaller diamonds to match the ones in my original wedding band. The process went so smoothly! With in 2 weeks they shared the designers rendering and an initial quote. They reviewed everything and we were able to add a bit more detail for the designer so that they could get the pieces exactly as we wanted them to be. We couldn’t be happier with the beautiful set of rings. We highly recommend you choose Johnson Jewelers for all of your jewelry selections, whether they are for new pieces or something custom made. They are so helpful!
Dan and everyone else at Johnson's Jewelers helped us bring to life quite possibly two of the most beautiful engagement rings I've ever seen. We brought them the family heirlooms that were used as the centerpiece jewels, and they helped us design a truly unique set of rings. I felt at home walking into the store and was always greeted with smiles and welcomes. I can't recommend enough that people do themselves the favor of checking out this wonderful business!
