Fantastic experience at Enhancery Jewelers. I brought in my white gold engagement and wedding bands to be spruced up: a small diamond fell out and needed to be replaced, and both rings needed the rhodium finish to make it bright white gold again. I was shocked at not only how affordable it was (much better than Brilliant Earth where they were purchased) but also how quickly it was finished. It took 2 business days!!! I was shocked. I love that they partner with a local goldsmith for all repairs. Brilliant Earth ships it off somewhere else in the country and won’t return it to you for 3 weeks. I will definitely be a return customer! Thanks Enhancery!
The craftsmanship is beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with the final result. I came in wanting to change my ring band and overall style, and Laura and Maria were so kind, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire process. They truly listened to what I wanted, took the time to explain everything, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. I’m beyond grateful for their care, skill, and attention to detail. I visited Enhancery jewelers to have my wedding ring reset in 14 karat gold, I brought in a photo of the style I wanted. Maria guided me with her expertise and made my ring exactly the way I envisioned it. It’s absolutely beautiful! I couldn’t be happier with the result. I also brought in a few other pieces that needed repairs and they took care of them right away. I highly recommend Enhancery Jewelers 101%.
