I have purchased all my watches there over the years and their jewelry repairs/ring resizing is done perfectly and within a reasonable time frame. This is some of the best customer service I have ever received! I damaged my engagement ring just a few days before the wedding and it was quickly repaired and in perfect condition for the big day. He was so fun to interact with and so friendly and professional. I will definitely be coming back for all my jewellery needs!
I bought an engagement ring from Dan and he was amazing throughout everything. He's very easy to deal with. The ring is beautiful and the price was very reasonable. Be advised, you don't always get what you pay for, I was quoted by one jeweler multiple times what I paid at Fort Richmond Jewelers. I'm exceedingly happy and I have two other friends who also bought their engagement rings there, each with nothing but good things to say.
