Wish I could give 0 stars but unfortunately have to give one so I can leave a review. HORRIBLE customer service. I tried to return a necklace that was a gift to me. I had the receipt that was given to the person that bought it for me they only got an emailed copy not a physical one so that’s what they gave me. They paid in cash figured this would be easy to return without them. Was told I couldn’t because the receipt was in their name not mine. And because it was paid in cash they couldn’t let me return it. A straight exchange would’ve been fine but not a return that I wanted to do. NOWHERE in the return policy does it say that it has to be the person that is on the receipt returning it. The policy itself on their site and even Google saying the same thing. But I can start a return online???? Tried explaining that to the assistant manager but she kept stuttering her words and not listening to me. Don’t you think if it was an issue returning it the person wouldn’t have given me the receipt ???! Absolute waste of time.
My experience with Dharm & Nazifa at st vital people’s jewelry location far exceeded my expectations. I initially came in for a simple repair and polish on a previous purchased items and was overwhelmed with knowledge and benefits I wasn’t aware or up to date with. The care and concern they showed was in high regards and the time they took explaining things in detail was much appreciated. I Highly recommend choosing this location and these two employees in particular for all your jewellery purchases questions or detailed benefits that come with. Fantastic atmosphere Keep up the great work guys!
