This is hands down the best urgent care in the greater Puget Sound area. The receptionist is wonderfully kind with the perfect balance of providing quality service in a discreet manner. And the physicians here are top notch with their bedside manner being some of the best I've ever experienced. I've been seen here on 3 separate occasions for conditions as small as a basic UTI and as serious as an infection that turned sepsis. And every time I was fully heard and treated with the upmost respect.

My roommate and I came here extremely sick. Let me start off by saying I am patient and understand there’s a wait time for things so waiting is not what bothers me. I’m grateful these doctors are here to take care of us and I know their job is hard. What’s frustrating though is upon our arrival we were given a 2 hour wait time. We came back in right at the end of it and were told there was only one person in front of us. Then, three people proceeded to go ahead of us. So I went to the gal at the front desk and inquired about this and was told “well I did tell you there was four people ahead of you.” No that’s not what we were told. We were told one person. When I explained this. I was told “well if I said one person I’m sorry” which is fine mistakes happen I get it. But Now it’s been three hours and to say I’m frustrated is a bit of an understatement. Multiple people have gone in that came after us. I feel like we were immediately dismissed and there’s been no further communication or indication about when we will go back. Very frustrating and I feel bad even writing this review but. I feel like we were extremely dismissed by the receptionist (she seems like a nice girl and I’m not trying to be rude) but after being told one more person was ahead of us, and two people have gone in since then, I’m very discouraged. I feel awful and we just wanna be able to rest. Thank you for reading.

The Doctors and staff are fantastic, that is why I go there. If I need the hospital or ER I go to Allenmore. I need physical therapy, but there is no availability for 3 to 4 weeks. Need to see occupational med and the foot and ankle clinic, but no one has called. Had a 1 week note from urgent care that I was only to be on the foot 1 hour. That ran out and Franciscan has yet again dropped the ball and screwed me over. Urgent care is awesome, but without the rest of the Franciscan system working you will kill people.

I am from Kansas and while visiting Tacoma for work, I found myself in need of immediate care from a physician. Franciscan Urgen Care got me in late in the evening (my only available time) and helped me with my untimely infection. The doctor took great care of me and was clearly skilled at his trade. The nurse was thorough and helpful. The receptionist was kind, positive and overall pleasant making for a great experience when the situation could have been much more daunting! Thank you guys so much!

Friendly staff and medical personnel. Everyone was nice and took the time to listen to what I had to say. The Dr.was very nice. She asked me to raise my arms to see what my limitations were. She gave me a referral to Physical Therapy and it's getting better. I have referred family and friends to go there. It was better than going to the ER. Thank you for taking care of me. V
