I’ve been wonderfully impressed by all my interactions at the MLK Kaiser Permanente. From the doctors, nurses, pharmacists, technicians, and aides, I have felt nothing but cared for and listened to. Folks work expeditiously setting me up for my numerous appointments and referrals. I’m so lucky to have had this type of experience for my breast cancer treatment.

I've had bladder cancer numerous times. Dr Le took me as a patient when my original doctor went on vacation. He performed surgery and was shocked to see how advanced my cancer was compared to the notes in my record. He took me on as his patient after that. I've never regretted changing doctors. I highly recommend Dr. Le for his expertise, his honesty, his bed side manners. He's personable, he's friendly, he's God Sent. Between him and the lord, I am in good hands. I've send them both do miracles.

Organized and efficient. Moderate wait times. Well staffed. Knowledgeable and helpful counter staff. Nurses had a fun rapport. Easy patient loading zone. Simple parking garage- pay kiosks are both at the exit and in the building so you can pay parking at the gate if you forget.

I visited this urgent care recently and had a genuinely good experience overall. When I arrived, the check-in setup was a bit confusing — the sign was far from the desk, the seating was too close, and the receptionist didn’t realize I was just trying to sit down while holding my daughter. But once it was my turn, Amanda handled everything with complete professionalism. Her tone, patience, and clear communication made a big difference. She helped with check-in, answered co-pay questions, and even made sure my daughter’s blanket and my jacket were brought to our room. The nurse who assisted us was amazing, and the doctor was excellent — thorough, kind, and quick to refer us to the right specialist. I also feel like there have been some positive changes in management, because the overall service and teamwork were noticeably better. Despite the initial frustration, the staff truly showed how much they care. Overall, a positive and appreciated experience.

My experience Michael Timothy Alston MD was very informative and assurance that I was doing ok and to take it easy. I had a really nice experience with him and if didn’t live to far I definitely would be coming back to this location. The staff is super friendly and the nurses were super kind and made sure I relaxed during my visit, as I just had my baby days ago they wanted to assure me I was ok and to take my time. Everyone really cares and made me feel super comfortable. Dr Alston also really knows his stuff and hold himself to the highest standards to make sure we are getting the proper care that we deserve. I highly recommend this facility. I wouldn’t have said that I’m the beginning but I’m glad I gave them a chance, because I learned that it was not the people that I was unhappy with but with the system. I’m glad i waited to do my review till the end of my pregnancy. Dr. Niu and Dr wheeler and their staff are amazing as well im so thankful of how they all really took me seriously and didn’t force anything or talk me out of tying my tubes like most drs would have they respected my decision and offered me whatever I needed and any questions I had were always in a timely manner. My baby was safe and I was safe and the whole experience I would not have it any other way. Also they work with Maternal Family Medicine and Dr MCMann is amazing as well and the diabetic staff. They made everything flow smoothly as well and made sure baby and I were safe. Thank you to everyone here and those who work with and through them that I came across.
