I had made my appointment the day before using the Solv app. Parking was easy and I arrived on time. The clinic is relatively new, modern and very clean. After a short wait, maybe five minutes, I was called into the exam room. The intake person, x-ray technician, and healthcare provider were all extremely pleasant, professional, and efficient. I was out of there in about 30 minutes, and received the radiologist’s report via MyChart within an hour or two. A very good experience all around!

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I've had nothing but positive experiences here as well. All of the doctors are super sweet. All of the nurses seem like they genuinely care. I really love that. On my visit yesterday the nurse made me feel like everything was going to be okay. I rarely am comforted by the words so it stood out. She was intelligent, competent and reassuring. Super grateful. There is always water, juice and tea available to patients - free. 1 per person. On my visit they were so quick to get me in. I was in the waiting room for maybe 5 minutes. 😃 The lighting is super cool. Photos attached. The parking is limited here in the front of the building. There is a parking garage a short walk from the clinic with ample parking. This urgent care will validate your parking so that it's free when you visit. Everything is clean, modern and well lit. You feel safe in this area. The parking lot as well as the walkway from the garage to the clinic is ADA friendly. Whether it's crutches or a wheelchair, you can get easily from place to place. There is cobblestone in certain areas. Can be bumpy but it is limited. It's a great place to take a nice walk. There's a movie theater, restaurants, shopping boutiques. It has such a cool vibe right there by the water. There's always a nice photo opportunity when you visit. There is now a new entrance where you don't have to go to the roundabout, but you can take a right directly into the indigo urgent care parking lot. Making it even more convenient than it already was. Thank you all for always making me feel better when I'm sick.

What excellent people. They listened. They cared. They have taken steps to heal me. Easy to schedule an appt online. Easy to check-in. The office is beautiful and well kept. Rooms all clean and pleasant Everything was explained and that is appreciated. I’d recommend this clinic always.

I took my mother to Indigo Urgent care after having a cough and fever for 5 days. It was easy to make the appointment online the day before and there was only a short wait before she was placed into a room. After being checked in, she was seen by the PA who examined my mother. The PA was pleasant and had a great bedside manner that my mother appreciated. Everything seemed fine, her lungs sounded clear, she didn’t have a fever and her cough had improved but the PA noticed that my mother had an elevated heart rate and decided to do a chest X-ray. She found out that my mother had pneumonia. She explained what she saw and what the treatment would be. She asked if we had any other questions or concerns. My mother was very happy that she was able to be seen in a timely manner, that the staff was nice and professional and that they were able to do the X-ray quickly, and get the results immediately so that she could be treated the same day. I would highly recommend Indigo Urgent Care.

Clean, comfortable and friendly introduction and lobby. Low wait time, ran my insurance and checked it for me. Very knowledgeable vitals check and historian. Doctor was patient and thorough. I never felt like I was just a number or that I was being rushed. Very attentive staff. Really appreciate being able to wait at home while waiting for a walk-in spot. I will use this location again.
